Product Recall Campaigns

With a concern for maintaining your confidence, our team is regularly kept informed by Automobiles Citroën of information relating to techniques and methods designed to guarantee your comfort and safety.

Within the framework of its Quality policy, Automobiles Citroën may ask us to inspect certain components in the case of higher than expected failure or accelerated wear rates, by way of product improvement campaigns.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY CAR HAS ANY OUTSTANDING CAMPAIGNS?

Automobiles Citroën will contact you by letter if we suspect that there is a component on your car that we would like to inspect. You will be asked to contact your nearest authorised Citroën Service Agent and make a booking to have your car checked.

If you would like to check if your car has any outstanding campaigns that have not been completed, please contact your Citroën Service Agent.. Your Agent can connect your car into our CitroënPlanet System diagnostic tool and check an international database for any campaigns that may affect your Citroën.
